David Bersell is the author of two chapbooks of essays, Nashville Notebook and The Way I've Seen Her Ever Since. His writing has appeared in many print and online publications, including The Rumpus, Carolina Quarterly, and Chapter 16.

David studied writing at the University of New Hampshire, University of Maine Farmington, the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, and the Tin House Workshop, which he attended as a nonfiction scholar.
